The statistic also incorporates important projects which were only starting to be implemented in 2011 or beyond. This includes pipelines with a pipe thickness of 4-10 inches, 12-20 inches, 22-30 inches and 32 + inches. ** These are the regions east of the Ural Mountains and south of the Caucasus, excluding the Middle East. *** These are the regions west of the Ural Mountains and north of the Caucasus.
