Meals include a continental breakfast; a sandwich, salad, and a nonalcoholic drink for lunch; and fish, chicken, or beef entree with salad, a drink, and dessert or cheese tray for dinner.
Figures were calculated by surveyed 12 restaurants in each big city and six restaurants for each small city.
