According to the source, liquid fuels and other petroleum (also referred to as “liquids”) include all petroleum products, natural gas liquids, biofuels, and liquids derived from other hydrocarbon sources (coal to liquids and gas to liquids). Not included are compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), and hydrogen.
