The statistic shows the highest expected returns on various asset classes in the United States in 2013. The results come from a survey carried out on 252 CIOs (chief investment officers) by investment bank Goldman Sachs as to which asset classes are expected to deliver the highest returns in the United States in 2013. The responses recorded show the maximum expected return on the respective asset classes. Emerging market equities and U.S. equities topped the list with maximum returns of around 21 percent on investments expected.
