This statistic illustrates the results of a survey conducted by Progressive Grocer Market Research in 2017. Retail deli executives were asked about the single most important strategy that will increase incremental deli department traffic. Some 35.3 percent of survey respondents indicated to consider active sampling/events as single most important strategy to build additional deli department traffic.
