The brand was regarded as the main factor that auto-buyers in Brazil considered before purchasing a vehicle, according to a survey carried out in February 2019 among automotive industry workers and high executives. Almost half of respondents (45 percent) said that consumers in Brazil paid attention to the car's brand, whereas 39 percent said exterior design was important from the consumer's point of view.
