Shell increases dividends pay-out
Since the financially turbulent start to the decade, Shell has begun increasing its dividend pay-outs. Between 2021 and 2024, the value of dividends paid grew by roughly one fourth, reaching 8.67 billion U.S. dollars in 2024. That same year, the earnings per share stood at 3.76 U.S. dollars, a decline from 4.2 U.S. dollars a year before.
