Single player vs. multiplayer frequency among gamers in the U.S. 2024
According to a March 2024 survey of PC and console gamers in the United States, over half of respondents stated that they spent about 75 to 100 percent of their gaming time playing alone. The popularity of single-player titles was further underlined by the fact only three percent of respondents spent the same amount of gaming time playing with others in the same room, and only also three percent spent that much time playing with others over the internet.
