Length of civil aviation routes in China 1995-2023

In 2023, the total length of China's civil flight routes increased to almost 8.8 million kilometers, of which around six million kilometers were within mainland China. This reflected a recovery in international flights and air route lengths, which had drastically declined during 2021 and 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
