Market share of leading real estate companies in China 2016-2021
In the first nine months of 2021, based on sales revenue, the top 10 leading real estate companies in China had a market share of almost 27 percent. The leading 200 companies together occupied 72.5 percent of the real estate market, which showed that the market was very fragmented with many smaller companies.
