Ranking of the 20 countries with the most industrial design applications 2022
In 2022, the national intellectual property office of China had the most industrial design applications with about 798,112 industrial design applications from resident and non-resident companies or organizations. The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) followed with around 109,132 applications.
