Worldwide familiarity with connected car services 2020
According to a survey conducted by Capgemini with more than 3,000 interviewees, there is a relatively high familiarity with connected car services among drivers worldwide. One of the highest percentage values of consumers familiar with these services was found to be in China: 90 percent of respondents used connected services at least occasionally.
