Beside the 8 percent of the employee's contribution to the pension insurance, there are no uniform rates nationwide. The listed contributions are in some locations lower or even not applicable. Regarding the pension insurance, the employer's contribution is based on a percentage of the employee's total wage, which is usually around 20 percent.
