Cowboys in a league of their own
Since moving to AT&T Stadium in 2009, the Dallas Cowboys have led the NFL in average regular-season home attendance for over a decade. During that time, the Cowboys have averaged more than 90,000 per home game, well above the league average of around 69,000. At the other end of the rankings, the Chicago Bears had the lowest average regular-season home attendance in 2023.
Touchdown in London for the NFL
Regular-season NFL games have been played every year in London since 2007, and the attendances for these games are included in the figures for the designated home teams. The NFL London games have been a huge success: an average attendance of about 69,000 was achieved for the three games held in 2022. Of all the 32 franchises playing in the NFL, the only one to have not played in London is the Green Bay Packers.
