In 2022, With more than 860,000 units sold, the province of Jiangsu had the largest residential real estate market in China. Provinces such as Guangdong, Sichuan, Henan and Shandong also saw significant numbers of residential properties sold. Overall, nearly 9.6 million apartments were sold in the country in 2022.
