U.S. consumers: Consideration of ingredients in foods and beverages 2013-2015
The graph shows the results of an online survey conducted by Matthew Greenwald & Asoociates in March and April of 2013, 2014 and 2015. U.S. consumers were polled how much thought they had given to the ingredients in their foods and beverages from 2013 to 2015. Some 45 percent of respondents indicated to have given the ingredients of their foods and beverages a little thought in 2013.
