Retail sales of organic milk in Norway 2011-2018
During the presented period from 2011 to 2018, the retail sale of organic milk, which includes sweet and sour milk, increased annually in Norway. Whereas sweet milk sales grew year in and year out, the retail sale of sour milk fluctuated. In 2011, the total value of organic milk sold in retail stores amounted to roughly 146 million Norwegian kroner. In 2018, the turnover had increased to a value of 284 million Norwegian kroner.
