This statistic shows the results of a survey among American grandparents on using electronic means to communicate with their grandchildren in the United States as of March 2012, by age of grandparents. Here, only the results for grandparents who never use electronic means to communicate with their granddchildren are shown. In 2012, 52 percent of the grandparents aged 70 years and older stated they never use any electronic means in order to communicate with their grandchildren.
