The statistic shows the touchpoints when buying a car in China in 2011. In 2011, 37 percent of car buyers in China came to buy a car through, among other things, a personal sales approach.
The data are based on the results of an online survey of around 1,099 people in China. The survey took place in April 2011 and collected data from people who had purchased a car in the last 16 months or who plan to purchase a car in the next 12 months.
