This statistic shows the share of financially dependent undergraduate students in the United States from 2003/04 to 2012/13, by family income level. In the 2013/14 academic year, 31 percent of undergraduate students who were classified as being dependent came from families where the family income amounted to 60,000 U.S. dollars or more.
