This statistic shows U.S. prison chaplains responses to a question of which measures had been used in the prisons where they worked to counter issues surrounding religious extremism amongst inmates as of 2011. 45 percent of chaplains reported that they had consulted experts for advice about how to deal with issues of religious extremism in the prisons where they worked.
