This statistic shows the results of a survey among American smartphone users regarding the actions they took after having searched for information on local businesses or services. The survey was conducted in the first quarter of 2012. 50 percent of private smartphone users, who look for information on it at least less than once a month, said they visited a business (e.g. store or restaurant) after having looked up the respective kind of information.
