According to the 2020/21 press release, the Otto Group's global online revenue in that year was 9.9 billion euros.

Rakuten's e-commerce revenue was calculated from the group's Internet Services segment, which encompasses e-commerce, travel as well as portals and media. In FY 2019, revenue for the Internet Service segment amounted to ¥792,512 million.
