Share of consumers who buy in-store and online in Poland 2019, by channel and sector
The online channel is the most popular for cinema and book, music, media sector, where more than 60 percent of purchases were done online in Poland in 2019. When it comes to shopping for household goods and electronics as well as travel, the division between online and offline sales was equally divided. DIY and Drugstores had the lowest shares in online sales, only around eight to nine percent.
