This survey among Americans who celebrate Christmas shows the most popular Christmas traditions in the U.S. in 2010. Almost all respondents - 97 percent - stated that they engage in secular Christmas traditions such as exchanging gifts or spending time with family and friends during the holidays. 92 percent also like to put up a Christmas tree, while 91 percent do not stop there - they put up even more decorations.
