Gannett's revenue 2013-2023

On November 19, 2019, New Media completed its acquisition of Gannett Co., Inc. This was then renamed Gannett Media Corp and is referred to herein as “Legacy Gannett”). As a result of the acquisition, results for fiscal years 2018 and prior refer to legacy New Media only while fiscal year 2019 represents legacy New Media’s results up to and through the date of the acquisition plus the new consolidated company’s results of operations for the approximately six-week period between the date of acquisition and fiscal year end. Figures for 2015 to 2018 were restated in the company's 2019 annual report.
