U.S. electricity: noncoincident winter peak load for NERC region NPCC 1990-2015

The winter peak period is December through February of the following year. Noncoincident peak load is the sum of two or more peak loads on individual systems that do not occur at the same time interval. Totals may not equal sum of components because of independent rounding.
The abbreviation NPCC stands for Northwest Power Coordinating Council, Inc. NPCC includes New York and the six New England states, as well as the Canadian provinces of Ontario, Québec and the Maritime provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
