In 2023, 97.1 percent of Mexican internet users accessed the web via smartphones, while 44 percent of respondents did so using computers. Since 2020, the share of respondents that use Smart TVs to access the internet has grown from 22 percent to almost 38 percent in 2023, while internet access via video game consoles has remained low. As of May 2023, the majority of the online population in Mexico was female.
