In contrast, sensory-processing abilities, as well as programming, were among the skills viewed as less relevant in these subregions.

Original question: “Currently, what are the core skills workers need to perform well in the key roles of your organisation?” and “For your organisation’s key roles, would you expect an increase or decrease in the use of the following skills by 2030?”.
Among 1,043 respondents who are Chief People, Chief Learning Officers, Chief Strategy Offices and Chief Executive Officers in multinational and national companies with at least 500 employees worldwide. These companies span 22 industry sectors and 55 economies worldwide, representing 14 million workers.
