Consumers participated in the survey in the following countries: 12,145 from Australia, 12,088 from Austria, 12,153 from Brazil, 12,146 from Canada, 24,015 from China, 12,145 from Finland, 12,192 from France, 35,956 from Germany, 24,173 from India, 12,191 from Italy, 12,148 from Japan, 12,180 from Mexico, 12,094 from the Netherlands, 12,182 from Poland, 12,185 from South Africa, 12,181 from South Korea, 12,172 from Spain, 12,185 from Sweden, 6,123 from Switzerland, 24,176 from the United Kingdom, and 60,869 from the United States.
During the survey, the question was phrased as follows: "Which of these statements about online shopping do you agree with?"
