Downloads of leading metaverse-related apps totaled more than 29.5 million in 2024. ifland's Social Metaverse, Meta's Horizion Worlds, the Fun 3D Avatar Chat Game, and Atlas Earth were the most downloaded apps in this category. The Social Metaverse app showed strong growth in 2024, jumping from around two million downloads in 2023 to over eight million downloads in 2024.
