According to a survey conducted in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) among technology professionals in 2024, the primary reason for AI and automation implementation in businesses was the adoption of these technologies by the competitors, as indicated by 24 percent of the respondents. Comparatively, 23 percent of the surveyed professionals in the country said that customer feedback was the reason for such a focus.
