Doctors’ opinion on the use of AI in Latin America 2024

According to a 2024 survey carried out in Latin America, nearly half of doctors interviewed stated that they require further information before taking an active stance on AI solutions. While 34 percent of respondents showed moderate support for the implementation of these technologies, around 16 percent of the surveyed doctors supported this strongly. As of that year, around one in four clinicians in South America had used AI for their work.
