In 2024, less than one percent of the enterprise software applications included agentic AI. Which means most of the applications with AI integrated rely heavily on user prompts. However, this is projected to change drastically by 2028, with almost a third of all enterprise software applications incorporating agentic AI, enabling a higher level of autonomy in decision-making.
