According to a survey conducted in the Middle East and Africa in 2024, the business process that has mostly seen AI implementations in the region was quality control, as indicated by 35 percent of the respondents. In comparison, supply chain optimization was chosen as a use case for AI technologies by 16 percent of the surveyed executives.
