In a survey conducted in 2023, around 58 percent of respondents from Thailand stated that the vehicle manufacturer is not significant to them as long as the vehicle meets their needs. In comparison, almost 40 percent of consumers in Vietnam preferred a foreign vehicle manufacturer or brand.
