As of the financial year 2021, the Indian media conglomerate Network18 owned 92 percent of the digital news platform Moneycontrol.com. Within the broadcasting segment, the group owned more than half the shares of the TV18 group that in turn held stakes in companies such as Viacom18 and AETN18. Network18 is a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited that owns over 70 percent of the company, headquartered in Noida, India.
