Attitudes towards AI assistants during holiday season shopping worldwide 2024

According to a 2024 survey conducted with respondents across eight countries, consumers aged under 35 were more open to making use of AI tools to find best deals during holiday season shopping, compared to the cohort ahed over 35. Around six in 10 consumers under 35 said they trusted AI assistants for personalized recommendations.
