A 2024 study in the United States revealed that Millennials are the generation most likely to use services in full service restaurants that are provided by automated systems or robots in full-service restaurants. While 58 percent of Millennials would have ordered food that gets prepared by automated systems, only 14 percent of Baby Boomers would have done so.
