A survey conducted worldwide among online shoppers in 2024, showed that more customers are looking for human interaction when needing specific help, instead of using artificial intelligence. More than 70 percent prefer to deal with another person when needing advice about a purchase or service, followed by around 72 percent who also prefer speaking to a real person for clarification towards a product or service.
