According to a survey conducted in South Korea in May 2024, around 49 percent of respondents in their teens were willing to subscribe to an over-the-top (OTT) platform to watch professional sports broadcasts. Less than a third of respondents in their sixties were willing to sign up for such services. Overall, around 41.3 percent of all respondents were open to an OTT subscription for viewing sports.
