Share of Americans who do not trust healthcare providers as of 2023, by generation
In 2023, 43 percent of Gen Zs surveyed in the U.S. indicated that they do not always trust their healthcare provider to make the right decisions for them. Compared to Gen Z, the older generations in the U.S. were less likely to have distrust of healthcare providers. This was further confirmed as only 35 percent of Gen Zs indicated that they always trust their healthcare providers.
