Credit cards were more likely to be used for crypto in Brazil than in Argentina or several other countries in Latin America. This is according to a survey held in seven different countries across the region. Brazil stands out in the survey, as one out of four Brazilian respondents said they had used a credit card for crypto purposes in the past month. Credit cards rank as Brazil's most common e-commerce payment method. That said, Brazil uses credit cards relatively less often for online shopping than other Latin American countries.
