Wallet use as a payment method for crypto worldwide 2024, by age and gender
Digital wallets were more likely to be used by younger consumers for cryptocurrency purchases than their older counterparts in 2024. This is according to a survey held in 14 different countries across North America, Europe, and Latin America. The share of users among Baby Boomers respondents to the survey, ages 60 to 78 years old, was lower than the other age groups. When it comes to gender, male respondents reported using debit cards more frequently than female respondents.
