Debit cards were more likely to be used for travel in Chile than they were in Brazil or several other countries in Latin America. This is according to a survey held in seven different countries across the region. Chile stands out in the survey, as more than half of Chilean respondents said they used a debit card when booking a travel arrangement in the past month.
