A survey conducted in Spain in 2024 revealed that online was the favorite purchase channel for shoppers during Black Friday. More than half of the consumers planned to shop online, and an extra 40 percent using online and physical channels during the mega-sale event. Only 8 percent planned to only shop in the physical store.
