The total residential stock in the emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates reached 729 thousand units by the end of the first quarter of 2024. The emirate also intended to add another 25 thousand units by the end of the year. The new units are expected to be primarily apartments in key locations such as Jumeirah village, Mohammed bin Rashid City, Business Bay. Abu Dhabi, planned to add another six thousand units during the same period.
