The total office stock in the emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates reached 9.2 million square meters of GLA (gross living area) by the end of the first quarter of 2024. The emirate also intended to add another 39 thousand square meters by the end of the year. Abu Dhabi planned to add another 79 thousand square meters during the same period.
