During a 2024 survey among customer experience (CX) practitioners worldwide, around 39 percent said there were significant CX efforts underway across their companies albeit with minimal coordination. Approximately 28 percent described such coordination as significant, while 21 percent said their employers' CX efforts were driven by a centralized CX group. According to the same study, almost four in 10 CX practitioners worked at companies without a senior executive in charge of CX across products and channels.
