Baden-Württemberg was the German region with the highest increase in rents in 2023. Meanwhile, the price of net rents, not including heating costs, in Berlin rose by 2.7 percent in 2022 as compared to the previous year. In Germany as a whole, rents grew by 1.7 percent in 2023.
